Please note that payment is due when services are rendered unless otherwise discussed with our office. We are committed to working with our patients to make dental care affordable for everyone.

Insurance

Dental insurance can be complex, so we are dedicated to helping you understand and maximize your benefits. We are now preferred providers on some dental insurance plans, meaning our patients can benefit from reduced fees.

While we are happy to bill your insurance for services as a courtesy to you, it’s important to remember that the insurance contract is between you, your employer, and the insurance company. We can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but we cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. If your policy has not been paid within 30 days, we encourage you to contact us.

If your insurance does not cover the expected amount, the remaining balance will be your responsibility. Additionally, you must notify our staff if your insurance coverage changes during your treatment. Finally, if you lose your benefits for any reason during treatment, the remaining balance of your account will be owed by the responsible party.
