Dr. Cele Oliver, DDS, DHSc

Dr. Cele Oliver grew up on a small farm in Cele, Texas, but has called wonderful San Antonio home since 2004, and there’s no place she’d rather be! She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Oliver went on to attend the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She completed her orthodontic training at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, where she served as Chief Resident and earned her Doctor of Health Sciences degree. After completing her orthodontic residency, she took additional steps to become a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a certification that only 15% of all orthodontists have achieved. Dr. Cele then took the additional step of completing her specialty residency in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Texas Health Science Center- San Antonio and is now one of less than 10 dual-board certified Pediatric Dentists and Orthodontists in the state of Texas! There is no one more prepared to provide the absolute finest care to help children achieve healthier, more beautiful smiles!

Originally from Venezuela, Dr. Montoya earned her Dental Degree at the University of the Andes. After graduating, she returned to her hometown, where she practiced for three years and developed a strong passion for working with pediatric patients. Inspired by this experience, she pursued advanced education and training in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Dr. Montoya is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care, treating every patient with the same respect and attention she would give her own family. She has a special commitment to caring for children with special needs and takes joy in supporting her patients as they grow and achieve milestones in their oral health.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Montoya enjoys spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and their three Dachshunds. She loves exploring new places with her family and discovering unique and delicious foods along the way.
